Chinese Wrestling, Grappling, Submissions, Joint Locks, Throws and Takedowns that are originally derived from Shaolin Kung Fy/Chuan Fa Techniques. Many of the moves resemble techniques of Judo, Jiujitsu, Hap Ki do, Grecco Wrestling and many other styles.
SANSHOU/SANDA
Chinese Boxing, Kickboxing and Strikes that originate from Shaolin Fist Movements and have adapted for sports.
Techniques resemble much of what you see in Muay Thai Kick Boxing.

WUSHI GA KUEN KUNG FU:

THE COMBINED TECHNIQUES AND FORMS FROM


The Five Animals Kung Fu/Chuan Fa:

Crane, Snake, Leopard, Tiger & Dragon Fists


Five Families Chuan Fa:
Hung Ga, Choi Ga, Li Ga, Fut Ga & Mok Ga

Even if you don't like the idea of wielding a weapon of any kind self defense classes are made to help you understand the responsibility of owning a weapon as well as defending yourself while caught unarmed.

Allowing for Texans to OPENLY CARRY weapons with blades longer than 5.5 inches. Meaning Bowie Knives, Swords, spears and many weapons are now Legal if you OPEN CARRY SINCE SEPTEMBER 1ST OF 2017.
